Riding the Wave: St. Matthew

Life can certainly be likened to a series of ups and downs, rocky roads, and bumpy waves. There are times when it feels like a roller coaster ride, and other times when it seems like a walk in the park. But during the best of times, or the worst of times, one thing is certain: change and uncertainty. As we journey through times of change and uncertainty we can learn to maneuver through the ups and downs the way a surfer learns how to ride a wave. Drawing upon the imagery of a surfer, in this course we will “learn to surf” by taking action, getting comfortable with discomfort, opening our hearts, and surrendering our lives to God. So, now, we invite you to embark upon the spiritually transformational ride of your life!
